Welcome to Fowlmere Golf Society
We are a local Golf Society based in Fowlmere Village, with the majority of our members all living in or around Cambridgeshire.The Society has a compliment of around twenty plus members, it holds seven annual competitions throughout the year with an ongoing overall championship which ends the season just after Christmas. In addition to this, we hold home and overseas events throughout the year.
The
Society was formed in November 1999 after several years of
successful village golf days and we are celebrating our 10th
anniversary this year. The aim of
the Society is to play on different golf courses locally
and to dine lavishly back in Fowlmere. After the festivities
we present trophies to the days winners and hand out a few
fines to the day’s
unfortunates.
We hope that this site
captures just a little of the enjoyment that is brings us
